Hey Bloggies-
Happy St. Patrick's Day!! Are you celebrating in any way?
3 years ago, St. Patrick's fell on the first day of my spring break to Panama City. I miss spring break so much. My freshman and junior years of college I went on alternative spring breaks, opting to volunteer my time with Habitat for Humanity. However, senior year I decided to do the college thing and head to Florida! It was a great time with close friends and I would love to be back on the sunny sand of Panama.

That said, being in NYC isn't all that bad. The sun is shining and I got in a great workout this morning. I'm loving Bar Hoppin' (resistance rebounding) and the class was quite full! I was surprise to even see a few men join us gals, usually it's a female dominated class.
Before class I had a slice of Irish Soda Bread with some PB, and after had some yogurt and a banana.
I also had some Irish tea!
The St Patty's Day inspired food will continue for lunch with a broccoli souffle (not Irish, but green!).
May the luck of the Irish be with you,
Nicole
I am loving the ASB flash backs...and the green food! Happy St. Patrick's day!!!
